Job Description:

  • Generate appraisals and client appointments through designated prospecting activity personal and business networks
  • To provide support 2 busy sales agents in the management of all listings
  • To ensure that all buyer experiences reflect the highest level of customer service and our ethos of our team
  • To ensure that all buyer opportunities are maximised via relationship building and follow up and private appointments
  • To ensure that all required sales campaign activity is completed prior to all relevant deadlines at the highest quality

Prospecting – 30% of role

Listing – 10% of role

Buyer Management – 30% of role

Open for Inspection – 15% of role

Auctions – 5% of role

General – 10% of role

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate

  • Current certificate of registration/ Real Estate Licence
  • Impeccable presentation and the best attitude ever
  • Current drivers’ licence and car with plenty of points still on their license
  • Persistent, hungry and driven to succeed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
