Show us why you love to live in the Sydney Eastern Suburbs for your chance to win a $500 Eftpos card

Photograph your favourite aspect of the Eastern Suburbs. The photo must be taken by you, during the promotional period of 21/03/2016 to 1/05/2016.

Email your photo along with your name, age, contact number and a short description (75 words max) to marketing@mint360property.com.au. Image to be in jpeg format and no larger than 3mb in size.

Like us on Facebook – Mint360property – and wait for the top photos to be published.

The top five photos will be posted onto our Facebook page, one a day during the week starting Monday 2nd of May 2016, with the winning photograph to be published and announced on Friday 6th of May 2016.

You can only enter one (1) photo. By emailing your photo you consent that you have read and agree to the competition terms and conditions found below.

Terms & conditions:

1. The prize is a $500 Eftpos card.
2. The promoter is Mint360property of 75 Belmore Road, Randwick 2031 and promotion period is from 10:00 am (AEDT) on 21 March 2016 and closes midnight on 1 May 2016.
3. Entry is open to residents of Australia. Persons under 18 years must seek permission to enter from their parent or guardian. Employees and Directors and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.
4. Entry is by emailing Mint360property on marketing@mint360property.com.au, including your Full Name, contact number, a brief description of the photo (75 words max) and the photo attached as a JPEG, no larger than 2MB.
5. Entrants may only enter once with one (1) photograph.
6. Photos must have been taken by the entrant and during the promotion period.
7. Photos must adhere to the “Australian Government’s Acquiring and displaying Images of Children document.”
8. The five (5) best photos will be published, one a day, during the week of the 2nd May 2016 on the Mint360property Facebook page.
9. The winning photo will be published on Friday, 6th May 2016
10. The winner will be notified by phone/email immediately.
11. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
12. The competition is a game of skill and the judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The promoter reserves the right to publish the winner’s names, image and suburbs for promotional purposes.
14. All entries will become the property of Mint360property. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. If you do not wish to receive this information, the entrant must contact and inform Mint360property. For example, if the entrant wishes to unsubscribe from an email/s communication sent, they must click on the ‘unsubscribe link’ and complete the unsubscribe process or write ‘unsubscribe’ within the subject line of the email/s sent and reply to the sender.
15. If the prize listed is not available, a prize to the same or higher value will be awarded instead.
